What are the ticket prices?

A standard Pod ticket is priced at RM105. It admits 1 kid (3-15yo) and 1 guardian (16yo+). For the safety of all the kids in our centre, guardian tickets are not sold separately as we want to prevent persons above 16yo from entering unless they are accompanying a kid.

What if 1 kid has more than 1 guardian?

If 1 kid comes with more than 1 guardian, there will be a surcharge of RM25 per guardian from the 2nd guardian onwards.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my baby?

Accompanying infants and toddlers below 3 will not be charged. However, at least one ticket must be purchased for those below 3 to qualify for free entry.

What are the preferred modes of payment?

For your convenience, a variety of payment methods are accepted including cash and credit/debit cards.

What do I have to bring when I visit 5T3M Pod?

For hygiene & safety purposes, everyone must wear socks — this includes kids, guardians and accompanying toddlers. You may purchase socks at the counter for RM5 per pair. Additionally, we give out one pair of socks for free when you sign up to be our member.

What are your operating hours?

We are open daily from 10am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Can I bring food and drinks into the Pod?

No food and beverages allowed in the Pod, except for infants or those with special medical needs. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited throughout our premises.
You may bring drinking water however we encourage drinking to be limited to lobby and pit stop.

Can I leave and re-enter the centre?

A one-time re-entry is allowed for our standard ticket price. Any promotional tickets are for single entry only. We have a kid-friendly toilet in our centre.

Are there any activities suitable for babies below 3 years old?

Our programs and activities are tailored for kids aged 3-7 years. We discourage toddlers below 3 years as these activities may be too challenging for them.

Are there any activities suitable for kids above 7 years old?

Kids above 7 years old may still enjoy our various interactive missions that integrate the latest technology. However, older kids may find the workshops too simple. If you are looking for more challenging workshops suited for your older kid, 5T3M is opening a centre for kids 7-15 years old in The Curve soon. How many workshops are available in 5T3M Pod?

There are 3 STEM workshops available, each workshop is around 30 minutes.

What is the recommended age range for the workshops?

Our workshops are designed for kids 3-7 years old. However, for some of the workshops like Qobo, kids above 7 may find the workshops too simple as this is curated for younger kids 3-5 years old.

Will the workshops change?
Yes, we plan to provide new workshops every 4-6 months. So, our current workshops will run from now till May or June. Will my kids learn anything new if they attend a workshop twice?

Definitely. Aside from learning how to operate the tools, a child learns to focus and interact with other kids. They will need to learn how to collaborate and solve problems with different groups of kids, which will develop their critical thinking in various ways.

To add on, the STEM products that we use in our workshops also have many more features that cannot be showcased in a 30-minute workshop. You may make special arrangements at the reception for your kid to attend a more in-depth version of our 3 available workshops if you are interested.

Can kids as young as 3 learn STEM?

STEM is a learning approach that conditions kids with positive learning behaviours. As such, it is optimal for STEM learning to start as young as 3. Additionally, our workshops teach kids only the basic concepts of coding and robotics using STEM “toys”. It is not complex, and they will be able to learn while playing.

What if my kid cannot finish all 3 workshops in one visit?
In the case that your kid is unable to complete all 3 workshops within one visit, you may arrange with our reception for a second “workshop-only” visit. You must pre-register for the workshops and attendance is subject to availability. This is only applicable for standard price ticket.

Is the “workshop-only” visit free or do I have to purchase another ticket?
The “workshop-only” ticket is free for kids but guardians will be charged an entrance fee of RM25.

Do I have to accompany my kid if they are only coming to complete their workshops?

We do not require guardians to accompany kids below 6 years old during “workshop-only” visits. However, do come back within 30-45 mins to pick your kids after the workshop.
