Everyone loves mobile robot 🙂 This is a mobile robot kit based on Maker UNO (Arduino UNO compatible). You can learn electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, and coding all at once, not to forget having fun too! And it comes with a comprehensively designed box that you can use as the mobile robot base and cover! We called it PikaBot! So enjoy building your smart car!
No Soldering! Just Jumper Wires
The kit comes in loose parts, but we are here to help you build it! Make it! That is digital MAKING! Sure, you will need to assemble it, but there is no soldering needed 🙂 And to make things simpler, the detailed schematic in the Fritzing diagram is printed underneath the box’s cover.

Line Following with IR Line Module &
Obstacle Avoidance with Ultrasonic Distance Sensor
What can your PikaBot do? It can follow line, simple yet practical navigation that is widely used in AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and many robot competition. The kit comes with a pair of infrared sensors that you can calibrate/teach it to recognize black and white surfaces. Calibration is fairly straight forward by tuning a potentiometer on the sensor itself. And we have also prepared the sample code to do that!
